This project only required a small side extension to the front, allowing the front door to be repositioned and the hallway to be rationalised.  This then allowed the entire ground floor layout to be replanned and a new staircase to be installed, with vistas right through the property.  A new kitchen / dining area has been located to the rear of the house with access to the rear garden.  This project is a great example of how a small intervention can make a huge difference to the overall design solution possible.
