This modern pavilion style rear extension provides a new open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area.  A unique feature of this project is the projecting canopy that tapers to one end, emphasising the open corner and creating a dynamic roof line.  The canopy provides shading to the glazing in the summer months.

A new kitchen fit-out with pantry was positioned to the rear of the space, allowing the sitting space to take front stage overlooking the garden.  A concealed blind box for integrated electrically operated blinds was included so that sun glare could be controlled when required.
