This new pool house has been designed to sit low down, cut into the sloping bank, of the rear garden to provide changing, shower, toilet and gym facilities to complement the existing external swimming pool.

To access the building, occupants follow the external curve, down a few steps, and enter a ‘secret’ door.  The rear and side of the pavilion can be fully opened up to provide easy access for entertaining a large group for family gatherings and other events.

Other materials include vertical staves of cedar timber and Welsh slate that was used to pave the areas around the pool and into the new pavilion.
