A complete refurbishment of the entire property was undertaken; the roof was replaced and a first-floor side extension added over the existing garage.  The front elevation was carefully designed incorporating a two-storey porch to provide balance and scale to the street.  This leads into a new double height hallway with feature staircase, with a deep window reveal to the front and a long skylight above providing morning sunlight into the heart of the home.  Other features include a new kitchen and small stair with glass balustrading down to the snug at the rear.
