A complete refurbishment of the entire property was undertaken with a new full-width two-storey rear extension and external terrace.  New layouts for each floor were designed to provide a large family home with a spacious kitchen dining area leading to a comfortable sitting room to the side.

The front elevation was redesigned and repaired, with render to the upper floor and new tiling to the two-storey bay windows.
