Located in the Greenbelt, Whitewoods is a large timber framed family home.  The constraints of developing in the Greenbelt meant that there were significant restrictions on the size of any additions possible.
 

A first-floor rear extension and complete replan of the first floor provides new bedrooms and ensuites for the family.  The limited headroom at the first-floor landing was also improved.  At ground floor a new feature staircase was designed and the kitchen was replaced and the area replanned. Designs for new balconies and a large rear patio were prepared to the rear.
